All Sports Inc members will receive:

• One level price for the US Custom and inline football sales program duration. (11/1/16- 10/31/17) No increase after 2/15/17 for 2017. • Program benefits based on the volume booked by the end of your show. Orders are to be submitted to Douglas by 12/09/2016. • Last date for booking orders to ship is May 1,2017. • Booking orders are a single shipment to one location. Split shipments are not allowed.

-Booking orders of $7500.00 or more ( Net 10/10/17 FFA) *All fill in orders of $1200.00 or more ½ FFA if properly qualified. (Net 60 day terms) -Booking orders of $15,000.00 or more (3% 10/10/17 FFA) *All fill in orders of $1200.00 or more ½ FFA if properly qualified (3% 60 Day terms)
