CATALOG CREATION INCENTIVE

PROGRAM: adidas will provide a 2% quarterly bonus to Sports, Inc. salespeople based on sales made through the OMG system. The bonus is based on team selling price, not the dealer invoice cost. Using selling price to calculate the bonus will streamline the data collection and improve the timeliness of bonus payments. It will also incentivize the salesperson to maintain the margins, protecting the dealer.

START DATE: 7/1/2016

DETAILS: At the end of each quarter, OMG will provide adidas and Sports, Inc. a report of sales by sales person of adidas products sold through OMG stores and catalogs. Sports, Inc. will distribute the bonuses directly to the salespeople based on OMG reporting.

Sports, Inc. will disburse the fnds to the salespeople responsible for the Online Team Stores and Online Team Catalogs. Funds will be paid once per quarter based on prior quarter sales.
