Business Valuation methods are abundant, and thus it can be difficult to ascertain what your business’ true value may be at any given time. This session will demonstrate a handful of different valuation methods, and will also showcase different ways you can increase the value of your business. About Terry: Terry Kelm joined Sunbelt with a diverse and experienced background. Spending much of his career in organizations that were sales and distribution orientated, Terry gained valuable experience by playing an instrumental role on multiple acquisitions, many of which were over one million dollars in size. For the last 10 years, Terry has directed Sunbelt's national Re-sales program. Assisting hundreds of business owners in transitions large and small, Terry brings a wealth of experience and an educated, unique perspective on how to sell a business.
