Gold Level Dealer • Requires an EOP order of $10,000 or more. • Qualifies you for level 4 pricing on your SPRING EOP order and all orders for the next 12 months. • Qualifies you for KEY DEALER Status: Ability to purchase Custom USA and CX caps at 12 pcs min qty’s and receive our fastest turn around time for the full year. • No embroidery set up charges for quantities over 12 each or more. • Dating Terms: Gold level EOP orders will receive May 10th dating. • You can add to your EOP order up until November 30th, 2016. *Excluding 36/12 • Free team sample kit & Bag with qualifying order. 36/12 Custom Cap Program (Must be a “Custom” authorized account) • Buy 36 Custom USA or Custom Express caps, get 12 free. (12 free caps must be same as first 36 caps.) Maximum of 12 free caps per order. • Orders must be placed by October 15th to qualify, and must use the 36/12 order form. • Only Custom USA or Custom Express PTS styles qualify for the “36/12” program. Custom-Ultra styles do not qualify for this program. • 36/12 orders can be combined with an EOP order to receive April 10th or May 10th dating through October 15th. • All 36/12 orders will ship at once. If they are part of a qualifed EOP order, extented terms are allowed.
