● Booking orders not released for shipment within 15 days of the original requested ship date shall be cancelled. ● Fill-­‐in orders receive Net 30 days. ● Orders subject to approval and standard United Sports Brands terms and conditions. ● Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover charged at time of shipment) are subject to approval for terms on booking orders. ● Invoices must be paid on time to earn and maintain program discounts. ● Orders shipped within the terms of the purchase order and re-­‐sellable returned product will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return freight expense shall be the responsibility of the returning party.

● Booking orders are firm and cannot be adjusted within 60 days of requested ship date. ● All customers are assigned a 2016 price tier based on their 2016 orders in-­‐house as of January 31, 2016 ● The 2016 Annual Program is applicable for shipments between February 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016 ● All new customers require a minimum of $700 initial order ● United Sports Brands reserves the right to ship booking orders 7 days before or after requested ship date.
