Guidelines: · All booking orders must be written and priced by an Alleson Athletic Salesman. · Shipments must allow at least a 60 day lead time between receipt of booking order by Alleson Athletic office and ship date. · Booking orders may be made in multiple shipments - not to exceed three shipments. · “Hold for adjust” bookings must be submitted complete by March 31, 2017 with 30 days’ notice prior to ship date. o Customers may change color and sizes only . · CHROMAGEAR line is not eligible for the Alleson Spring program. · Alleson Athletic reserves the right to change prices throughout the year without notice. Re-Order Policy: · Fill-in season: December 1, 2016 - November 30, 2017 · Bookings must be called out in their entirety before a re-order may be entered and shipped. · Re-order qualifications and prices are based on booking levels as described above. · Fill-in terms are NET 60 days. · All Closeout styles are net price from the Catalog column with no additional discounts.
