ADDITIONAL REWARDS

• Sports Inc. members will receive an additional 3% discount. • All new orders and fill-ins will receive the discounts and fill in order terms for the remainder of the year. (Based on the qualifying order level.) • Priority Status • Platinum Level orders can be split into two shipments. TERMS AND CONDITIONS • Order changes and cancellations must be made, in writing, through the customer’s UA sales representative within 30 days of original desired ship date. • 15% restocking fee applies on all returned items. • Carry-over product can ship as early as at once. • Cannot be used us conjunction with any other program. • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other programs from Under Armour Licensees or Under Armour Corporate. • Minimum fill-ins is $100. • Sockwear must be ordered in increments of 6 for each style, size, and color.
