Program Qualifications The total of all orders placed between November 1, 2017 and February 1, 2018 will determine the dealers booking level. After February 1, 2018 all prices go to fill in cost and net 30 days. Douglas reserves the right to decline orders from dealers who did not meet invoice terms from the previous year. The Douglas dealer locator will reflect dealers placing a football booking order of $7500.00 or more. Rush Fee You can add a rush fee to any order to save time! The "Rush Order," which carries an extra charge, will advance your order to the front of the line, thereby saving you "weeks" in potential delays. There is a $50.00 charge for this service. Please contact us if there is an order with numerous pads, so that we can give you a quotation of the rush fee. Shipping All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the dealer. Sample Packages Sample packages will be offered by Douglas at special discount prices and will qualify for dating with booking orders. Contact your local Douglas representative for more information. Deadline on sample packs is February 1, 2018. Restocking Fee Douglas reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Orders cancelled less than 45 days prior to the original ship date may incur restocking fees. Booking Guidelines All program prices and terms are firm. Payments must be at Douglas prior to due date. All invoices paid after net due date will be assessed a late payment service charge of 18% per annum, or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.
