Net 60 Days NO EXCEPTIONS TO PRICES AND TERMS

Program Qualifications Douglas reserves the right to decline orders from dealers who did not meet invoice terms from the previous year. Booking starts June 1 st and ends October 31 st . All orders after October 31 st will be Net 30 days. Booking orders must be shipped by April 1 st . Fill Ins Dealers that book $3000.00 or more before the deadline will be able to receive ½ FA on single orders greater than $1500.00. Shipping All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the dealer unless otherwise noted. Freight on booking order will be billed separately and due Net 30. It is the dealer’s responsibility for discounting final payment. If bill is not paid on time, no allowances will be allowed. Freight allowance shipments cannot be split and must be shipped to one location. Restocking Fee Douglas reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Booking Guidelines All program prices and terms are firm. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Payments must be at Douglas prior to due date. All invoices paid after net due date will be assessed a late payment service charge of 18% annum, or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower. Douglas Pads & Sports, Inc reserves the right to determine method of distribution.
