ADIDAS PARAMATERS: • adidas will provide 2% quarterly rebate to Sports, Inc. sales people on all sales made through OMG • Rebate will be paid in the form of a credit memo • Rebate paid quarterly with funds distributed by Sports, Inc. • Dealer/Road Rep must complete the online registration form • Road sales rep must be employed by the dealer, dealer must be a member of Sports, Inc. at the time rebates are paid • Start date: continued program SPORTS INC.
