Terms: Net 30 upon credit approval with LIGHT Helmets. We also accept Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX. Prices: Subject to change without notice. Possession of a price list does not constitute an offer to sell. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy: All dealers agree that they will not publicly or openly advertise selling prices that are below MSRP. This policy will be vigorously enforced. Freight: FOB Carlsbad, CA. Returns: No returns without prior authorization. Please call customer service for a return authorization number and instructions. Damaged freight: Any damage during transit must be reported directly to the carrier at the time of delivery. Careful inspection of any shipment is required as LIGHT Helmets will not be responsible for damage during transit. LIGHT Helmets have a 10-year expected lifespan with normal use and proper maintenance and LIGHT Helmets extends a 5-year shell warranty from the date of purchase. In addition, football helmet component parts are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from purchase provided there has been normal use a proper maintenance. See website for full warranty details. New, non-defective items are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 days.
