Re: New and Improved UPS Program We are pleased to announce that our UPS program improved effective July 2019.

UPS has been an excellent partner for over 20 years. For most of this time the best way to offer the best deal to the most members was not on your weekly UPS statement, but instead via the quarterly rebate from Sports, Inc. However, the small package market has changed the past few years and it was time for Sports, Inc. to change our program so that we could continue to offer the best program to the most members. The most significant change members realize is that all program discounts and benefits are now realized on your weekly UPS statement. Here are some highlights:  Dim Weight Divisor is improving from 166 to 194  35% discount off all accessorial charges  20% discount off all fuel surcharges  Aggressive expedited discounts  25% Surepost discount The specific incentives and discount structure is listed on the UPS program on SportsWeb VIP; and a hardcopy was mailed with your Q2 2019 UPS freight rebate – this final freight rebate issued by Sports, Inc. was mailed in September. Today we are proud to have 400 members with over 650 UPS accounts on our UPS agreement. We are confident that almost all SI members have realized a net improvement.
