• Discount structure has changed and the maximum discount allowed is now 25% for Tier 4. All discounts are good for the entire year (October 1 st – September 30 th ). • • If already qualified for Spring 2020, the dealer is qualified at that same discount for Fall 2020. To receive October 10 th dating and freight, order must be submitted according to the above program. If NOT already qualified for Spring 2020, the above program will apply. • • All FFC & 1/2 FFC programs are for ground freight (UPS, FedEx or Truck) only. All upgraded freight requests (Next Day, 2 nd Day or 3 Day) will be billed in full regardless of circumstances. All-Star cannot guarantee complete on time deliveries because of circumstances beyond our control. • • 4/1/20 is the earliest ship date we can accept for Net October 10 th terms. Payment terms will vary if shipment is requested to ship prior to 4/1/20.
