(EOB) Booking orders to be received by OC Sports at the Sports Inc Spring Buying Show. Shipments begin 11/1/19 and end 5/1/20

• Level 3 on Blank Caps and Level 3 less 6% on Team MLB, Minor League and Collegiate stock headwear • Level 3 less 5% • 6-piece minimums on repeat domestic embroidered cap orders

• Free freight allowance

• Receive an additional 2% off invoice

FILL-IN ORDERS • PRICE LEVEL - Level 3 Blanks and Embroidery. Level 3 less 6% on Team MLB, Minor League and Collegiate stock headwear • TERMS - Net 45 days • FREIGHT - FOB nearest distribution center. Freight will be prepaid and added to invoice. • Fill-in discount expires on 9/1/20 REVISIONS • Revisions are not allowed- Your order will be shipped by your requested ship date ADVANCE SHIP ORDER (ASO) ASO orders are orders not written at the show. They follow the same guide lines and receive the same benefits as the EOB program with a few exceptions noted below; • Orders must be received a minimum of 30 days in advance of the requested ship date. No exceptions • 2% rebate is not valid for (ASO) orders
