The Under Armour ® Spring/Summer TEAM Sockwear Booking Program for 2020 offers five levels of involvement for ou dealers. This offer is only good on orders placed between May 10, 2019 and Aug 1, 2019. Please note, deadline for Non A/R styles is July 1, 2019…orders placed for Non A/R after this date will be entered but subject to availability. Program LEVEL TOTAL ORDER DISCOUNT BOOKING TERMS FILL IN TERMS RED LEVEL : $ 300 2% NET 60 NET 30 WHITE LEVEL: $ 750 3% NET 60 NET 30 BLUE LEVEL: $1500 4% NET 75 NET 30 GOLD LEVEL: $2500 5% NET 75 NET 30 ADDITIONAL REWARDS • Sports Inc. members will receive an additional 3% discount. • All new orders and fill-ins will receive the discounts and fill in order terms for the remainder of the year. (Based on the qualifying order level.) • Priority Status • Platinum Level orders can be split into two shipments. TERMS AND CONDITIONS • Please reference Booking Promo Code: SS20 TEAM on each order to ensure proper terms/discounts. • Order must placed between May 10, 2019 and Aug 1, 2019 – with Non A/R 7/1 deadline as explained above. • Order changes and cancellations must be made, in writing, through the customer’s UA sales representative within 30 days of original desired ship date. • 15% restocking fee applies on all returned items. • Carry-over product can ship as early as at once. • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other programs from Under Armour Licensees or Under Armour Corporate. • Sockwear must be ordered in increments of 6 for each sku (style / size / color). PLATINUM LEVEL: $5000* 6% NET 90 NET 45 *WIH MERCHANDISER VALUED @ $300 *Customer is responsible for freight on complimentary merchandiser.
