TERMS You will be billed directly by UPS; and you will pay UPS directly

ADVANTAGES OF UPS THROUGH SPORTS, INC. • You earn a UPS Tiered Rebate (at least 14%) on all dollars paid to UPS. This includes all accessorial charges like fuel surcharges, residential delivery surcharges, out of area delivery surcharges, etc. • As a Sports, Inc. member you have: o A new level of dedicated support from UPS o Enhanced web tools on myups.com o Contact: 800-877-1497 or strategicsupport@ups.com • Small Package Insurance Policy o As of 11/12/14, there is no need to insure UPS small package shipments if the replacement value per package is less than $500. UPS will cover the first $100 and Sports, Inc. will cover the next $400 if the package is lost or damaged. Your store must be on the Sports, Inc. UPS contract to qualify for this benefit. o IF you chose to insure:  Members on the Sports, Inc. UPS program are receiving a better discount when declaring a value to protect against loss or physical damage to package contents.  The declared value charge of $.85 per $100 has been reduced to $.62 per $100. This is before your Tiered Rebate from Sports, Inc. • PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT 1/25/16: The new 2.5% surcharge on 3rd Party Shipments has been waived for SI. When shipping 3rd Party you will see the 2.5% surcharge as a published charge with an incentive credit for the charged amount. This waiver will save SI members over $150,000 in 2016!
