Earn $20 cash on Saturday morning while providing valuable feedback on potential new supplier programs. The Sports, Inc. office receives many inquiries from vendors who would like to be Sports, Inc. suppliers and this is your chance to have input on which suppliers are approved. ALL attendees (excluding non-employ- ee guests) will receive $20 cash for enter- ing the VCE and filling out a short survey on the attendee’s smartphone. QR Code Reader app required.*

QR CODE SCANNER A QR code reader app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store on any mobile device with a camera. The QR code reader app will be used to access the VCE survey as well as vendor catalogs and price lists electronically.

TEST YOUR QR CODE READER: Step 1: Open the QR code reader app on your phone. Step 2: Hold your device over the QR code as if taking a photo. Step 3: If necessary, press the scan button. If done correctly, this will launch a webpage with the text, “Welcome to the QR code scanner test” Step 4: Check the “Confirm” box and hit “Submit”
