GENERAL SESSION Important updates & Stockholder’s Meeting Short North Ballroom - 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

GENERAL SESSION + SPEAKER

FEATURING GUEST SPEAKER KEN SCHMIDT One of the most in-demand speakers and com- munications consultants in America, Ken Schmidt has lived a life that most can only dream about. He has toured the world on two wheels, met with presidents and royalty, partied with movie and music legends, and appeared numerous times on network news. As the former director of communi- cations for Harley-Davidson Motor Company, he played an active role in one of the most celebrat- ed turnarounds in corporate history – and got paid to ride motorcycles. He is widely known as one of the business world’s most outspoken and provocative thought leaders and has partnered with many of the world’s most successful brands. Harley-Davidson. The longtime motorcycle enthusiast’s formal association with Harley-Da- vidson began in 1985. As a specialist in corpo- rate positioning and media relations, Schmidt was asked to work with the then-struggling Har- ley-Davidson to help restore the company’s image and create demand for its motorcycles. Within a few short years, Harley-Davidson became one of the most visible and frequently reported-on com- panies in the world, while sales of its motorcycles rocketed upward. Schmidt became director of Harley-Davidson’s corporate and financial com- munications and served as its primary spokesper- son to the media and the financial communities. He appeared numerous times on network news programs and was frequently called upon by business media to share his insights on non-tradi- tional communications, customer attraction, and brand-building. Life After Harley. Now, Schmidt is a frequent speaker to business groups and academic com- munities throughout the world. Few speakers gen- erate more positive word-of-mouth and

referrals. “I love to startle people by exposing them to proven ideas and concepts they’ve never imagined,” he said. Whether he’s talking about how to leverage basic needs to improve compet- itiveness, build an entirely new corporate culture, or reach out to new customers in completely un- traditional ways, Schmidt never follows a pre- dictable course. “Whether I’m talking about how perfectly average people can do extraordinary things or how to build an entirely new corporate culture, rekindle relationships with customers, or reach out to new ones in completely untraditional ways, I’m teaching people to throw conventional approaches out the window. I see opening hearts and minds as my life’s work.” Today, Schmidt shares his expertise with many of America’s leading brands but happily states that he is “semi-retired,” which allows him to pur- sue his other passions. He calls working with the grandson of one of Harley-Davidson’s founders to create 100 Years of Harley-Davidson, the best-selling motor sports book of all time, one of the greatest highs in his life. After all he has accomplished his philosophy of life and business hasn’t changed: “Never do what’s expected, make yourself as noticeably different as possible, and have a lot more fun than you’re supposed to.”

MATERIAL CHANGES

OWNERSHIP CHANGES, THEFT & CATASTROPHIES

Please let Sports, Inc. know about business plans that could affect your Sports, Inc. Membership. As part of the Sports, Inc. Membership Agree- ment and the By-laws, members agree to notify the Sports, Inc. Office about material changes in their business. Notification is important because Sports, Inc. Staff often can help make sure that your mem- bership is not affected. Examples of material changes include, but are not limited to, change of ownership, location, add- ing branches, adding or dropping merchandise categories, or experiencing unfortunate events like catastrophic weather, fire, or burglaries. IMPORTANT - Members should be especially

proactive if they are contemplating the sale of their business. Remember that the SI stock will not trans- fer to the new owners. The prospective buyers have to apply for membership just like any other pro- spective member and be accepted for membership by the Sports, Inc. staff. If members inform the SI office of a possible change in ownership early in the process, the Sports, Inc. staff often can assist both the existing member and the prospective buyer. If you have any questions about the notification provisions in either the By-laws or the Membership Agreement, please contact Todd Adams or Matt Owen in the Sports, Inc. office.

Chipply is a new alternative in the group ordering space. We believe it’s time to take team ordering to another level. Our software focuses on faster site building, more accurate inventory management, consistent/automatic pricing, and on-time/accurate fulfillment.  5 minute launch – copy store  Automatic image creation  Built-in live inventory  Auto-pricing (formula based product pricing based on MSRP)  Total Fulfillment – A complete set of tools to help in filling complex orders. Our Story. Chipply was created by the management of Burghardt Sporting Goods, a Sports, Inc. dealer. In 2006, Burghardts created its first online spirit wear sites. It took a few years of software tweaks and training, but by 2010, team stores became a fast growing and required part of everyday business. After 2010, group online ordering exploded, growing tenfold through 2017. Along the way, new software alternatives came available, making it easy for team dealers to get online and start creating team stores. After looking closely at these options, Burghardts decided that what they already had was the best alternative. They decided to re-write the software to be shared with other team dealers. They added a bunch of great new features, and created Chipply.

SHOW SPECIALS

 Free onboarding – show only, regularly $1000  1% Chipply Fee rebate on all orders through 12/31/2018 (maximum of $10K in total rebates per dealer) We are just getting started and we understand the carrot. The 1% rebate means that new customers will be paying only 2% in Chipply fees for the rest of the year instead of 3%. 33% of the fees that we withhold will be refunded at the end of each quarter through 2018.

We are only accepting a maximum of 20 new customers at this show, so the specials above are limited.

Group Sites Done Right

Take control of your group online sales with Chipply. Online team sites are a requirement in the team business today. Our goal is to make building team sites so easy that it is the method of choice for all types of team orders. Whether it is a simple promotional special, a spirit wear store, or a highly complicated league order with many teams and many options, Chipply can help to make it a success from start to finish.

• 5 minute launch – store copy If you build a lot of similar stores, you’re going to love this. Simply copy the store, change the colors (if needed), and swap out the logos (once!). Your store is done. You’re going to need to see a demo of this. • Automatic image creation You no longer need a new image for each color of each product. After color variations are established, logos are automatically overlaid on the products. You can now encourage your customers to offer lots of color choices. • Built-in live inventory Using vendor inventory feeds, daily updated inventory helps to prevent backorders. You have to see this. We think that properly checking inventory is the most important part of running a successful site. • Auto-pricing Allows dealers to change settings so that products can be priced consistently and automatically based on a product’s MSRP. • Take control With “Spreadsheet View”, by the time you’re done filling out your “spreadsheet”, you’re pretty much done with the site. You’ve got it from here.

We enforce strong encryption on all OMG sites, including all storefronts and checkout pages. All data is encrypted in transit at all times. We leverage card tokenization with our PCI Level 1 certified payment

processor in order to never come in contact with customer card data. This means at no point do we have access to customer card numbers or CVV codes, and they are therefore never stored anywhere in our systems.

We employ restrictive network firewalls and application firewalls in front of all our infrastructure We enforce two-factor authentication for all OrderMyGear employees before accessing any internal applications or systems. This prevents weak or stolen employee passwords from being used by attackers to gain access to sensitive data.
