All Custom-Made Headwear Styles Qualify. Orders to be received between 6/1/18 – 5/31/19 and ship on our 30 or 60 day delivery program. For every 36 caps ordered of the same style/color/logo/thread color, receive an additional 12 caps free. The 12 Free caps are to be the same as the original 36 caps purchased. Maximum order quantity is buy 144 caps get an additional 48 caps free. Caps ordered on the CSI-19 special cannot be combined with any other special or promo offer. Net 90 day terms (with credit approval) CSI-19 orders are to be placed online via Cap Creator, emailed or faxed with order code “CSI-19” clearly marked.
