**Booking level combines: Q4 (Winter Sports) Apparel, Accessories and Footwear. Q4 (Spring Sports) Footwear. Q1 (Spring Sports) Apparel, Accessories and Footwear. ALL Q4 Bookings + Q1 Bookings = Total SS19 Booking Requirement *Multiple Ship dates allowed.

 SS’19 Booking Requirement includes apparel, accessories, and footwear.  MUST meet level 1 to remain an authorized team dealer.  Dealers should book appropriate inventory levels to satisfy terms of Highlight school agreements.

 All orders MUST be submitted via B2B - www.team.underarmour.com .  Failure to book minimum requirement may result in loss of discounts.  Cannot be used in conjunction with any other program.

 Changes to booking orders allowed up to 30 days prior to requested ship—AS LONG AS $$ ARE EQUAL.  Cancellations which result in booking numbers below requirement will result in decreased discount levels.
