Packaging change fee = loose rolls to pallet, request shrink-wrap, repackaging after the order is entered. Change requests will be quoted by the account manager when requested.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

* For any tiles or lamination jobs that are under the minimum order requirements, a setup fee ($140) is assessed. * Please contact Jeff Ressler for custom material pricing. * Custom products (colors, cuts, coating) are non-returnable * Adhesive is non-returnable. * Any customers returning product will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Credit will only be given for items returned in sellable quality. * Any special packaging requests need to be outlined on the purchase order. * No changes to shipping location or carrier accepted 2 business days prior to shipment. * After two day grace period, delayed shipments will be assessed a $125 storage fee. Customer will be charged on the 3rd business day the initial $125 * No changes to the orders can be made four days prior to the scheduled ship date. * If customer states "ship ASAP" the order is considered final and no changes to the product can be accepted once order confirmation is sent. * Orders that do not have all necessary information, cannot be processed until complete information is provided. * Lead times for pay in advance customers will begin upon receipt of payment. * Heat treated pallets are required for all international shipments. * Rolled rubber products are shipped as loose rolls unless specifically requested. Please note pallet charges above. * Splices: manufacturer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to ship standard length rolls that are spliced for no more than 10% of the order. For example, on an order 30 standard rolls, no more than 3 rolls will spliced.
