Sports Inc Dealer Program Key Order Terms 1) Minimum Order Quantities: 12 pair minimum per each custom logo per order 2) Wholesale Standard Pricing: Custom Logo Sandals = $18.00 per pair 3) Volume Pricing Table per each Custom Logo in an Order: 12 to 150 pairs = $18.00 151 to 250 pairs = $17.50 251 to 500 pairs = $16.50 501 to 1,000 pairs = $16.00 1,001 to 1,500 pairs = $15.50 Greater than 1,500 pairs = $15.00 4) Freight Terms: Orders exceeding $1,000.00 in product costs will receive Free Freight 5) Order Payment Terms: Sports Inc centralized invoice dating terms of 5% 30 days, net 60 days.

Custom SummerSkates Additional Conditions, Timelines, and Support 1) Rights Of Use: Retailer must have rights of use of any logo provided to SummerSkates to be used on a Custom SummerSkates Order 2) Vector Files Required: Must submit Vector File Logo with order or a one-time $50.00 vectorization charge will be applied for each new logo 3) Pre-Production Proof (PPP) Approval: PPP is sent for approval to a Retailer specified contact on the Custom Order Form in 3-5 business days from Order Placement 4) Production Order Shipment Timelines: Once PPP is approved, production order is shipped in less than 15 business days to Warehouse Location 5) Sales Support Services: SummerSkates will provide the following sales support services at no charge for i) Digital Mockups and ii) Dealer Specific PDF Sell Sheets by team logo.
